研究目的：

（1）本研究拟利用中鼻道滴灌装置，实现慢性鼻窦炎术后患者在48小时内的鼻腔清洁和局部糖皮质激素治疗。 （2）探索生理盐水联合布地奈德中鼻道滴灌治疗方法在慢性鼻窦炎术后患者的疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) this study aims to achieve nasal cleaning and local glucocorticoid therapy within 48 hours after sinusitis surgery by using the Middle Nasal meatus drip irrigation device. (2) to explore the curative effect of normal saline combined with budesonide Middle Nasal meatus drip in patients after Sinusitis operation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

2022年2月-2023年2月铜梁区人民医院耳鼻咽喉科收治的慢性鼻窦炎行ESS术患者。
诊断标准：
CRS诊断标准参照《中国慢性鼻窦炎诊断和治疗指南(2018)》标准执行，即经临床症状、鼻内镜检查、影像学检查确诊，病程>12周。
纳入标准：
①符合《中国慢性鼻窦炎诊断和治疗指南(2018)》[41] 慢性鼻窦炎诊断标准；②有ESS术指征，且能耐受手术患者；③既往无鼻部手术史；④年龄18～75岁；⑤术前近半年内无感染性疾病史；⑥既往无自身免疫性疾病史；⑦自愿签订知情同意书，接受本研究方案。

Inclusion criteria

2022 February 2022 ESS patients admitted to the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Tongliang district people's Hospital, Sinusitis. Diagnostic criteria: The CRS diagnostic criteria are based on the Chinese Sinusitis Guidelines (2018) , i.e. confirmed by clinical symptoms, endoscopy, and imaging, duration of Disease & GT; 12 weeks. Inclusive criteria: 1 meeting the diagnostic criteria of Chinese Sinusitis (2018) ; 2 having Ess Indications and tolerating surgery; 3 having no previous history of nasal surgery; 4 years of age 18 to 75 years of Sinusitis; There was no history of infectious diseases in half a year before operation, no history of autoimmune diseases in the past, and voluntary informed consent was given for the study.

排除标准：

排除标准：
①布地奈德过敏者；②确诊为真菌性鼻窦炎、鼻内翻性乳头状瘤或后鼻孔息肉等与CRS具有相似症状的其他疾病患者；③孕妇或哺乳期女性；④重要脏器功能受损者；⑤合并基础疾病(如糖尿病、高血压等)者；⑥依从性差；⑦有语言障碍或精神疾病者；⑧伴有工作流动性大等其他不适合定期复诊、随访的情况者。

Exclusion criteria：

EXCLUSION CRITERIA: 1 budesonide's Allergy; 2 Fungal Sinusitis, inverted Papilloma of the nose, or Postrema with similar symptoms as CRS; 3 pregnant or lactating women; (4) impaired vital organ function; (5) combined with basic diseases (such as diabetes, hypertension) ; (6) poor compliance; (7) speech disorder or mental disease; 8 accompanied by large mobility of work and other not suitable for regular follow-up, follow-up of the situation.
