研究目的：

比较负压吸引鞘和传统鞘在微型经皮肾镜治疗鹿角型肾结石的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the suctioning MPCNL compared to traditional MPCNL on the basis of safety and feasibility.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）鹿角型结石行经皮肾镜患者；
（2）年龄≥ 18岁。

Inclusion criteria

1. paitients with staghorn calculi undergoing MPCNL;
2. aged >=18 year.

排除标准：

（1）经皮肾镜碎石取石术未实施；
（2）肾脏先天畸形或开放手术史；
（3）同期行双侧经皮肾镜或联合其他手术方式。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) lithotripsy was aborted because of pyonephrosis found in the renal collecting system;
(2) anomalous kidneys or a history of open interventions to the ipsilateral kidney;
(3) patients undergoing bilateral MPCNL, or MPCNL simultaneously combined with other surgery.
