研究目的：

考评沈阳量表、缺血性中风病?恢复期?痰瘀互结兼气虚证证候诊断量表、痰瘀互结兼阴虚证证候诊断量表、痰瘀互结兼气虚证证候疗效评价量表、痰瘀互结兼阴虚证证候疗效评价量表的信度、效度、反应度； 以缺血性中风病?恢复期?痰瘀互结兼气虚证、痰瘀互结兼阴虚证为示例，研究中药临床疗效评价指标，以明确各疗效评价指标的性质、用途、目的和应用场合； 评价中西医结合方案治疗缺血性中风病?恢复期?痰瘀互结兼气虚证、痰瘀互结兼阴虚证临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the reliability, validity and reactiveness of five respective scales: Shenyang Scale, diagnostic scale on Syndrome of phlega and blood stasis with Qi deficiency of Ischemic stroke recovery phase, diagnostic scale on Syndrome of phlega and blood stasis with Yin deficiency of Ischemic stroke recovery phase, evaluative scale on Syndrome of phlega and blood stasis with Qi deficiency of Ischemic stroke recovery phase, evaluative scale on Syndrome of phlega and blood stasis with Yin deficiency of Ischemic stroke recovery phase. Set examples of Syndrome of phlega and blood stasis with Qi or Yin deficiency of Ischemic stroke recovery phase to discuess the clinically evaluative index of Chinese herb medicine. And make sure what are the index’s characteristics, aims and when or where to use them. Try to evaluate the program of integrative treatment with Chinese herb medicine on Syndrome of phlega and blood stasis with Qi or Yin deficiency of Ischemic stroke recovery phase.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

⑴ 符合动脉粥样硬化性脑梗塞或腔隙性脑梗塞诊断标准（各分中心纳入腔梗受试者的病例数须≤该分中心总病例数的20%）；
⑵ 符合中医中风病恢复期痰瘀互结兼气虚证诊断标准或痰瘀互结兼阴虚证诊断标准；
⑶ 动脉粥样硬化性脑梗塞或腔隙性脑梗塞发病第3周至发病6个月的受试者（各分中心纳入发病3-6个月受试者的病例数须≤该分中心总病例数的20%）；
⑷ NIHSS积分≥5分者；
⑸ 35岁＜年龄＜85岁；
⑹ 受试者本人及家属自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnosis of criteria of Atherosclerosis cerebral infarction or lacumer infarction (with each brance center: number of participants included with lacumer infarction <=20 percent of total participants each center should include);
2. Meet the diagnosis of criteria of Syndrome of phlega and blood stasis with Qi or Yin deficiency of Ischemic stroke recovery phase;
3. Participants of Atherosclerosis cerebral infarction or lacumer infarction can be attacked from 3rd week to 6th month (with each brance center: number of participants attacked from 3rd to 6th month <=20 percent of total participants each center should include);
4. NIHSS>=5;
5. Aging from 35 to 85;
6. Informed consent and voluntary take part in this trial, sign the Informed consent form.

排除标准：

⑴ 意识状态为昏睡、昏迷的受试者；
⑵ 非动脉粥样硬化性脑梗塞（如心源性栓塞、易凝状态、动脉炎、脑肿瘤、脑外伤、脑寄生虫病、代谢障碍引起的卒中）；
⑶ 脑出血、蛛网膜下腔出血、短暂性脑缺血发作（TIA）；
⑷ 慢性心功能不全（心功能Ⅳ级）、急性心功能不全、急性心肌梗死、严重心律失常（室早二联律、室速、室颤、三度房室传导阻滞、停搏、严重窦性心动过缓、病窦综合征、折返性室上性心动过速等引起血流动力学改变的心律失常）；
⑸ 合并肝（血AST、ALT超过参考值上限1.5倍）、肾（血BUN、Scr超过参考值上限）、造血系统、内分泌系统严重原发性疾病或骨关节疾病、精神障碍、严重痴呆者；
⑹ 妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
⑺ 对临床方案所提及药物过敏或存在禁忌症者；
⑻ 两周以内参加影响本研究结果评价的其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

⑴ Consciousness: coma or lethargy
⑵ The atherosclerosis cerebral infarction（Cardiac embolism, easy state of inflammation, the brain tumors, arterial, the brain trauma, brain parasitic diseases, metabolic disorders cause stroke）
⑶ Cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, and TIA
⑷ Chronic cardiac insufficiency (heart function Ⅳ class), acute cardiac dysfunction, acute myocardial infarction, Rhythm (Bigeminy ventricular premature, VT, Ventricular fibrillation, three AV block, asystole, severe sinus bradycardia, sick sinus syndrome, reentrant supraventricular tachycardia and other arrhythmias caused by hemodynamic changes)
⑸ Serious liver, kidney disease, hematopoietic system disease, Endocrine system diseases, Bone and joint diseases, Mental disorders, or severe dementia
⑹ Pregnancy or breast-feeding women
⑺ Allergies of drugs mentioned in the treatment programme
⑻ In the past 2 weeks participants has joined another trail which may influence this research.
