研究目的：

评估3%地夸磷索钠滴眼液在不同类型干眼以及不同治疗模式下的疗效及安全性，为不同类型干眼的治疗模式选择提供指导。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of 3% diquafosol ophthalmic solution in different types of dry eye patients with different therapeutic pattern in real world practice without any interventions. To provide guidance for the treatment of different dry eye patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 符合《中国干眼专家共识：检查和诊断（2020年）》干眼诊断标准的患者；
2. 经医生合理处方使用3%地夸磷索钠滴眼液的患者；
3. 自愿参加本研究并签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients diagnosed with dry eye;
2. Patients who are prescribed to use 3% diquafosol ophthalmic solution by physicians;
3. Patients joined the study voluntarily and has signed an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 对研究中预定使用的药物或检测（如地夸磷索钠、荧光素）的任何组分有过敏史的患者；
2. 入组前2周内使用3%地夸磷索钠滴眼液的患者；
3. 除干眼外，计划因其他原因需要在观察期内改变眼部用药的患者；
4. 1个月内曾参加或正在参加其他临床试验的患者；
5. 研究者判断认为不适合进入本研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of allergies to any of the components of the drug or test reagent that is expected to be used in the study (e.g. diquafosol sodium and fluorescein);
2. Administration of 3% diquafosol sodium eye drops within two weeks before enrollment;
3. Patients who need to receive adjustment in topical treatment due to other reasons except for dry eye within observation period;
4. Patients who have participated in other clinical trial within one month before the study or those who are participating in other clinical trial simultaneously;
5. Patients who are judged ineligible for this study by investigator due to non-controlled systematic diseases or other reasons.
