研究目的：

利用组织工程成熟软骨组织再生技术,构建自体软骨细胞再生的力学增强型组织工程软骨以矫治唇腭裂鼻畸形。  

Objectives of Study：

In order to correct cleft lip, palate and nose deformities, tissue engineered cartilage with enhanced strength was constructed by tissue engineered mature cartilage regeneration technology.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)第一诊断必须符合唇腭裂畸形；
2)年龄18-50岁；
3)身体健康，既往无全身系统性疾病及传染性病；

Inclusion criteria

1) The first diagnosis must be consistent with cleft lip and palate deformity;
2) Age 18-50;
3) In good health, no systemic diseases or sexually transmitted diseases in the past;

排除标准：

1)全身状态差；
2)心、肺、脑、肾等重要器官功能不全；
3)血液病或有出血倾向；
4)药物成瘾（包括毒、麻药和酒精成瘾）；
5)具有传染性的病毒感染；
6)存在全身或局部感染病灶的患者；
7)妇女怀孕期或哺乳期；
8)有心理精神疾患，不能配合康复治疗；
9)伴有重要脏器或其他器官发育畸形者；
10)正参加其他技术临床应用项目的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Poor general state;
2) Insufficiency of vital organs such as heart, lung, brain and kidney;
3) Blood disease or bleeding tendency;
4) Drug addiction (including drug, narcotic and alcohol addiction);
5) infectious viral infections;
6) Patients with systemic or local infection lesions;
7) The woman is pregnant or breastfeeding;
8) Have mental disorders, can not cooperate with rehabilitation treatment;
9) With malformation of important organs or other organs;
10) Patients who are participating in clinical application programs of other technologies.
