研究目的：

本研究在前期文献报道的基础上将运用等热量低碳水化合物高蛋白饮食与有氧运动分别及联合干预NAFLD患者的方法，试图找寻更适合中国NAFLD患者的可以广泛推广和开展的饮食及运动建议，这对于指导临床医生为NAFLD患者制定合理的饮食及运动策略、预防NAFLD的发展具有非常重要的临床价值和意义。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on previous literature reports, this study will use isocaloric low-carbohydrate high-protein diet and aerobic exercise separately and in combination to intervene NAFLD patients, in an attempt to find more suitable diet and exercise recommendations for Chinese NAFLD patients that can be widely promoted and carried out. This has very important clinical value and significance for guiding clinicians to formulate reasonable diet and exercise strategies for NAFLD patients and preventing the development of NAFLD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄16-75周岁，性别不限；
2.每周酒精摄入：男性不超过210g，女性不超过70g；
3.B超或CT检查存在脂肪肝的影像学改变；
4.排除病毒性肝炎、药物性肝病、自身免疫性肝病及其他自身免疫性疾病、甲状腺疾病等其他导致脂肪肝的情况；
5.既往无重大胃肠道手术史，如胃大部切除及胃肠吻合术、结肠癌根治术、小肠切除术等，但是阑尾切除术、消化性溃疡穿孔修补术等除外；
6.无严重心、肺、脑、肾疾病及恶性肿瘤；
7.女性排除妊娠或近期有受孕意愿者；
8.自愿参加本研究，签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged between 16 and 75, regardless of gender;
2. Weekly alcohol intake: no more than 210g for men and 70g for women;
3. Imaging changes of fatty liver in B-ultrasound or CT examination;
4. Exclude viral hepatitis, drug-induced liver disease, autoimmune liver disease, other autoimmune diseases, thyroid diseases and other conditions leading to fatty liver;
5. No previous major gastrointestinal surgery, such as gastrectomy and gastroenterostomy, radical resection of colon cancer, resection of small intestine, etc., except appendectomy and repair of peptic ulcer perforation;
6. No serious heart, lung, brain, kidney disease or malignant tumor;
7. Women were excluded from pregnancy or recent desire to conceive;
8. Those who volunteered to participate in the study and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.合并有肝外纤维化疾病包括系统性红斑狼疮、风湿类疾病、肾功能衰竭、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肿瘤类疾病、糖尿病等；
2.排除合并甲、乙、丙、丁、戊型病毒性肝炎感染；酒精性肝病、自身免疫性肝病、胆汁淤积性肝病、药物性肝损害、遗传代谢性肝病以及晚期肝硬化合并肝脏肿瘤者；
3.正在进行或既往接受过抗肝纤维化治疗或抗病毒治疗者，应用过降酶药物者；
4.有黄疸，ALT 和/或AST 超过正常值上限2 倍及2 倍以上；
5.与本研究相关的临床资料数据不完整的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with extrahepatic fibrosis diseases, including systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatic diseases, renal failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, tumor diseases, diabetes, etc.;
2. The combination of a, B, C, D and E viral hepatitis infection was excluded; Alcoholic liver disease, autoimmune liver disease, cholestatic liver disease, drug-induced liver damage, genetic metabolic liver disease and advanced cirrhosis with liver tumor;
3. Those who are undergoing or have received anti-liver fibrosis therapy or antiviral therapy in the past, and those who have used lowering enzyme drugs;
4. Jaundice, ALT and/or AST exceeding 2 or more times the upper limit of normal value;
5. Patients with incomplete clinical data related to this study.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1.数据记录 研究者必须保证数据记录的完整性和准确性。数据记录须用黑色水笔清晰地填写。严禁对错误的数值和/或文字进行涂改，应用单线划掉错误之处，在旁边填写正确的数值/文字，并签署修改者的姓名缩写和修改日期。 2.数据检查 项目组质控人员或监查员需检查研究的进行是否遵循试验方案。 试验过程中要定期核查受试者的知情同意及筛选纳入情况；确认所有数据记录填写正确，并与原始资料一致；所有错误或遗漏均已改正或注明，经研究者签名并注明日期；受试者在研相关特殊情况应确认并记录；确认所有不良事件均应记录在案，严重不良事件在规定时间内作出报告、记录在案并及时处理等。 3.数据保密 研究原始资料均属于非公开信息，应保密。研究者应保证在研究资料中受试者使用匿名，并遵循相关法律法规规定，对受试者的数据、病情及相关信息进行保密。
