研究目的：

1.建立适用于高原地区的代谢热整合法无创血糖计算模型。 2.通过采用无创血糖检测技术，构建并验证糖代谢异常早期诊断模型，确定糖调节异常及糖尿病的代谢热整合法无创血糖诊断切点。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Establish a non-invasive blood glucose calculation model with metabolic heat integration method suitable for plateau areas. 2. By using non-invasive blood glucose detection technology, construct and verify the early diagnosis model of abnormal glucose metabolism, and determine the cut-point of non-invasive blood glucose diagnosis of abnormal glucose regulation and metabolic heat integration of diabetes.

纳入标准：

1.年满 18 周岁；
2.藏族；
3.在流调现场社区（村庄）居住 5 年以上；
4.调查现场的现患或者曾患各类疾病者可以入选，需要详细记载目前的服药和治疗情况。

Inclusion criteria

1. At least 18 years;
2. Tibetans;
3. Have lived in the community (village) on-site for more than 5 years;
4. Those who are currently suffering from or have suffered from various diseases at the survey site can be selected, and the current medication and treatment conditions need to be recorded in detail.

排除标准：

已经怀孕妇女。

通过以静脉血浆血糖作为参考系，以高原修正模型作为基于代谢热整合法无创血糖检测模型，绘制受试者工作曲线，确定以基于代谢热整合法无创血糖检测诊断糖调节受损及糖尿病的空腹及餐后2小时诊断切点，明确敏感性及特异性。

By using venous plasma blood glucose as a reference frame, and using the plateau correction model as the non-invasive blood glucose detection model based on the metabolic heat integration method, the receiver operating curve was drawn.
