研究目的：

1.研究大气压低温等离子体凝胶对于寻常痤疮患者的有效性及安全性； 2.探讨大气压低温等离子体凝胶对于治疗中寻常痤疮可能的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To study the efficacy and safety of cold atmospheric plasma gel for patients with acne vulgaris; 2. To explore the possible mechanism of cold atmospheric plasma gel in the treatment of acne vulgaris.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)年龄18～40岁，性别不限；
2)符合痤疮的诊断标准；
3)皮损主要位于颜面部；
4)生命体征稳定；
5)受试者已签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1)Aged from 18 to 40, male and female unlimited;
2)Patients with acne vulgaris were diagnosed according to diagnostic criteria;
3)Skin lesions are mainly located on the face;
4)Vital signs stable;
5)To sign the informed consents.

排除标准：

1)药物性痤疮、职业性痤疮、迟发性痤疮、爆发性痤疮；
2)有其他活动性皮肤疾病，可能影响病情评估者；
3)近4周使用过抗菌药物、维A酸类制剂治疗，近8周使用过激素类药物或系统性药物治疗；
4)严重过敏体质，对研究已知药物过敏或有使用禁忌者；
5)合并严重的肝、肾功能异常，心肺功能不全者及消化道、血液系统严重疾病者；
6)有乙型或丙型肝炎病史；或HIV抗体阳性者；
7)有严重系统性疾病、恶性肿瘤及精神疾病病史者；
8)孕妇、哺乳期妇女；
9)因故中途退出或未按照既定实验计划的患者；
10)研究者认为不宜参加试验的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Medication Acne;occupational acne;post adolescent acne or acne fulminans;
2.Patients are diagnosed as other active skin diseases that may affect the evaluation;
3.Received systematic treatments or corticosteroid drugs in 8 weeks, treated with antibacterial agents or retinoic acids in 4 weeks;
4.Severe allergic constitution, allergic to known drugs in the study or contraindicated;
5.Patients with severe liver or kidney dysfunction, cardiopulmonary insufficiency, serious diseases of digestive tract or blood system;
6.A history of hepatitis b or c, or HIV antibody positive;
7.A history of severe systemic disease, malignant tumor or mental illness;
8.The female patients who are pregnant or in the suckling periods;
9.Patients who dropped out or did not follow the established experimental plan for some reason;
10.Other conditions that the researchers considered inappropriate for participation in the study.
