研究目的：

分析头颈部、消化道恶性肿瘤放疗患者能否从预防性营养支持治疗中获益。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze whether patients with head, neck and digestive tract malignant tumors receiving radiotherapy could benefit from preventive nutritional support therapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）患者均经病理确诊为头颈部或消化道恶性肿瘤；（2）均为放疗或同步放化疗患者；（3）ECOG评分0-2分；（4）临床数据完整：年龄、性别、ECOG评分、身高、体重、CRP、生化和血常规等；（5）放化疗期间，每周有血常规、每2周有生化检查结果；（6）放化疗结束后的每3个月或根据病人的状况有完整的肿瘤随访结果。

Inclusion criteria

(1) All patients were pathologically confirmed as malignant tumors of head and neck or digestive tract; (2) All patients were treated with radiotherapy or concurrent chemoradiotherapy; (3) ECOG score 0-2; (4) Complete clinical data: age, sex, ECOG score, height, weight, CRP, biochemistry and blood routine, etc.; (5) During the period of chemoradiotherapy, blood routine examination was provided weekly and biochemical examination results were provided every two weeks; (6) Complete tumor follow-up results should be obtained every 3 months after the end of radiotherapy and chemotherapy or according to the patient's condition.

排除标准：

（1）存在精神障碍的患者；（2）存在严重心肺功能障碍的患者；（3）并存其他恶性肿瘤。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) patients with mental disorders; (2) patients with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; (3) coexistence of other malignant tumors.
