Objectives of Study：

To investigate the efficacy of surgical navigation endoscopy and digital medical technology in the treatment of orbital fractures

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

影像学诊断为眶壁骨折患者，年龄为18-65岁，受伤距手术时间为2周以内。

Inclusion criteria

The patients with orbital wall fracture diagnosed by imaging were 18-65 years old, and the time from injury to operation was less than 2 weeks.

排除标准：

合并有眼球破裂伤；头面部复合外伤； 双侧眶壁骨折 ；伴有外伤性视神经病变的患者；伴有眶缘骨折的复合型眼眶骨折；合并全身有消耗性或免疫性基础疾病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Complicated with ocular rupture; Combined head and face trauma; Bilateral orbital wall fracture; Patients with traumatic optic neuropathy; Compound orbital fracture with orbital margin fracture; Patients with systemic consumptive or immune basic diseases.
