研究目的：

观察大豆甙元干预对不同雌马酚代谢表型的高胆固醇血症人群的防治效应  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effects of daidzein on serum lipid profile in hypercholesterol patients with different equol metabolism phenotype

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

大豆甙元 纯度为99% 大豆分离蛋白 纯度为90%，大豆异黄酮含量为0.014%。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

daidzein purity: 99% isolated soy protein purity: 90%, including 0.014% of isoflavones 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄在40-65岁。
2. 空腹血清TC ≥ 5.18 mmol/L（200mg/dl）且< 10.4mmol/L（400mg/dl）。
3. 空腹血清TG < 5.65mmol/L（500mg/dl）。
4. 空腹血清LDL-C > 3.37mmol/L（130mg/dl）。
5. 空腹血糖 < 10.0mmol/L。
6. 坐位收缩压 < 180 mmHg和舒张压 < 110 mmHg。
7.BMI >18且< 30。

Inclusion criteria

1. 40-65 years;2. fasting serum TC ≥ 5.18 mmol/L(200mg/dl) and < 10.4mmol/L(400mg/dl);3. fasting serum TG < 5.65mmol/L(500mg/dl);4. fasting serum LDL-C > 3.37mmol/L(130mg/dl);5. fasting glucose < 10.0mmol/L;6. systolic pressure <180 mmHg, diastolic pressure <110 mmHg。7. BMI > 18 and < 30.

排除标准：

1. 已确诊的家族性高胆固醇血症患者。
2. 近三个月接受过抗生素治疗或免疫接种的患者。
3. 近半年内服用过任何明确影响血脂的药物。
4. 患有胃肠道疾病，冠心病，各种严重的慢性疾病或肝肾功能不全、恶性肿瘤的患者。
5. 研究前一个月内曾患有急慢性感染性疾病、外伤或手术。
6. 近半年内接受过雌激素替代治疗的绝经后女性。
7. 食用大豆过敏者。
8. 依从性差的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. familial hypercholesterolmia subjects.
2. undergo antibiotic therpy or immunization last 3 months.
3. undertake any medicine that influence serum lipid profile last 6 months.
4. suffer from gastrointestinal diseases, cardiovascular diseases, severe chronic diseases and liver or kidney disfunction, melignant tumors .
5. suffer from any acute or chronic infectious diseases or injury, or receive any surgery.
6. postmenopausal women who received estrogen replacement therapy last 6months.
7. allergy to soy.
8. incompliance.
