研究目的：

（1）探讨超声引导下肌间沟神经阻滞或肩胛上神经阻滞复合全身麻醉对肩关节镜手术患者围术期术后镇痛的影响。 （2）探讨超声引导下肌间沟神经阻滞或肩胛上神经阻滞复合全身麻醉对肩关节镜手术患者围术期全身炎性反应的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

（1） To investigate the influence of ultrasound-guided brachial plexus block or suprascapular block under general anesthesia on postoperative analgesia during perioperative period of shoulder arthroscopy. （2）To explore the influence of ultrasound-guided brachial plexus block or suprascapular nerve block under general anesthesia on shoulder arthroscopy, perioperative period and systemic inflammatory response.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

选择90例肩袖损伤接受单侧肩关节镜手术的择期患者，年龄42-80岁，体重55-81Kg，ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅲ级。

Inclusion criteria

Ninety patients with rotator cuff injuries who underwent unilateral shoulder arthroscopy were selected, aged 42-80 years old, weight 55-81 kg, and ASA grade Ⅰ-Ⅲ.

排除标准：

拒绝参加本研究者，有严重心、肺、脑合并症，严重糖尿病，肝功能异常及凝血功能异常，存在感染的患者，长期使用阿片类药物，存在外周神经阻滞禁忌及局麻药使用禁忌的患者，神经阻滞操作失败，不能进行VAS评分的患者（语言听力障碍等情况）。

Exclusion criteria：

Refused to participate in this researcher, severe cardiopulmonary cerebral complication, severe diabetes, abnormal liver function and blood coagulation dysfunction, exist infection patients, the long-term use of opioids, peripheral nerve block taboos, and patients with local anesthetics taboo, nerve block operation fails, cannot undertake VAS a score of patients (language and hearing impairment, and so on and so forth).
