研究目的：

1、通过检测验证临床患者Cth、Erk1/2、胞葬水平、肠屏障功能恢复指标和记录患者临床结局，探讨Cth、Erk1/2、胞葬与肠屏障修复指标和临床结局指标的相关性； 2、了解临床患者大手术术后肠粘膜损伤的严重程度和修复情况。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To verify the clinical patient Cth, Erk1/2, cell burial level, intestinal barrier function recovery index and record the clinical outcome of clinical patients, and to explore the correlation between Cth, Erk1/2, cell burial and intestinal barrier repair indicators and clinical outcome indicators; 2. To understand the severity and repair of intestinal mucosal injury after major surgery in clinical patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.需行回肠预防性造口的结直肠癌根治术病人，包括超低位直肠癌根治术需预防性造口和梗阻性结肠癌预防性造口病人；
2.年龄18-70岁；
3.能够进行有效的语言沟通；
4.神志清楚；
5.知情同意加入本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with colorectal cancer who need to undergo ileal preventive stoma, including patients with ultra-low rectal cancer who need preventive stoma and obstructive colon cancer preventive stoma;
2. Aged 18-70 years;
3. Able to communicate effectively;
4. Consciousness;
5. Informed consent to join this study.

排除标准：

1.怀孕；
2.认知功能障碍；
3.外院转入ICU病人；
4.入院时存在感染并发症的病人。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnancy;
2. Cognitive dysfunction;
3. Patients transferred to ICU from other hospitals;
4. Patients with infectious complications on admission.
