研究目的：

本研究对需要在侧卧位手术的患者在清醒自主状态下提前改为侧卧位然后通过可视喉镜直视下经口气管插管。本课题研究目的包括： （1）证实侧卧位可视喉镜气管插管是安全实用的。 （2）缩短侧卧位体位摆放时间、提高工作效率。 （3）节省医护人员体力、提高医护人员满意度。 （4）提高患者安全性和满意度。 （5）为侧卧位手术患者非计划气管插管或紧急气管插管提供一种有效的侧卧位下插管方案。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, patients who are scheduled for surgery in the lateral decubitus position are changed to the lateral decubitus position in advance while awake and then receive orotracheal intubationby visual laryngoscope. The research objectives of this project include: (1) To prove that tracheal intubation by video laryngoscope in lateral decubitus position is safe and practical. (2) To shorten the time of placing lateral decubitus position and improve work efficiency. (3) To save energy of medical staff and improve their satisfaction. (4) To improve patients safety and satisfaction. (5) To provide an effective endotracheal intubation scheme in lateral position for unplanned or emergency endotracheal intubation in patients undergoing lateral decubitus surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

侧卧体位下进行手术操作的气管插管全身麻醉患者，年龄18～75岁，美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级为Ⅰ～Ⅲ级。张口度、甲颏间距、头颈活动度均在正常范围内。

Inclusion criteria

Patients during 18 to 75 years of age, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class Ⅰ~Ⅲ, schedule for surgery in the lateral decubitus position under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation. The mouth opening, the distance between nail and chin, and the range of motion of head and neck are all within normal limits.

排除标准：

体重指数大于30kg/m2，颈部活动受限，张口度＜3cm，Mallampati分级3～4级，需要双腔气管插管的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with body mass index greater than 30kg/m2, limited neck movement, mouth opening < 3cm, Mallampati grade 3-4, and requiring double-luminal endotracheal intubation.
