Objectives of Study：

To explore the postoperative pain trajectory and its association with sleep quality in patients undergoing thoracoscopic pulmonary surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于18岁；
2.行胸腔镜肺部手术

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged>18
2. Thoracoscopic pulmonary surgery

排除标准：

1.无法报告疼痛强度；
2.没有正常意识水平或认知功能；
3.术后呼吸机支持或重症监护；
4.术前睡眠障碍；
5.既往有心、肝、肾、中枢神经系统等严重慢性疾病；
6.术前或长期服用镇静药、抗抑郁药或有药物依赖

Exclusion criteria：

1.Unable to report pain intensity;
2.Without normal consciousness or cognitive function;
3.Postoperative ventilator support or intensive care;
4.Preoperative sleep disturbance;
5.Previous serious chronic diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, central nervous system, etc.;
6.Preoperative or long-term use of sedatives, antidepressants or drug dependence
