研究目的：

在EIT监测下观察臂丛神经阻滞后患者呼吸功能变化。  

Objectives of Study：

Observe the changes of respiratory function in patients with brachial plexus obstruction under EIT monitoring.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.ASA分级在Ⅰ-Ⅱ级；
2.年龄在18-60岁；
3.行臂丛神经阻滞的患者；
4.知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. ASA classification is in grades I-II;
2. Aged 18 to 60 years;
3. Patients with brachial plexus block;
4. Informed consent.

排除标准：

1.患有严重的呼吸系统疾病，通气功能或换气功能严重障碍；
2.患有膈肌麻痹；
3.对局麻药物过敏；
4.存在凝血障碍；
5.病态肥胖（BMI >35 kg m 2 ）；
6.解剖学异常或超声下解剖结构不清晰。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from severe respiratory disease, with severe disturbance of ventilation function or ventilation function;
2. Suffering from diaphragmatic paralysis;
3. Allergy to local anesthetics;
4. There is coagulation disorder;
5. Morbid obesity (BMI >35 kg m 2 );
6. Anatomical abnormalities or unclear anatomical structures under ultrasound.
