1.验证肠道微生态与儿童肥胖型性早熟的相关性； 2.通过动物实验模型，探究肠道微生态对肥胖大鼠与正常质量大鼠性早熟肠道微生态的差异研究。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To verify the correlation between intestinal microecology and obese precocious puberty in children; 2. To explore the difference of intestinal microecology on the intestinal microecology of obese rats and normal-quality rats with precocious puberty through animal experimental models.

纳入标准：

临床通过激发试验诊断为性早熟，男孩年龄小于9周岁，女孩年龄小于8周岁。

Inclusion criteria

The clinical diagnosis was precocious puberty by provocation test, the boys aged less than 9 years and the girls aged less than 8 years.
