研究目的：

从总体目标来看，本课题拟验证脊髓电刺激（SCS）对改善糖尿病相关下肢并发症患者的下肢皮温、疼痛等临床症状，促进下肢神经-血管的修复、溃疡的愈合以及降低截肢的比例等方面的作用，具有较大的临床应用价值和社会意义，将有可能为进一步做好糖尿病下肢相关并发症治疗的行业标准或专家共识的制定提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

In terms of the overall goal, this topic intends to verify the role of spinal cord electrical stimulation (SCS) in improving the clinical symptoms of lower limb skin temperature and pain in patients with lower limb complications related to diabetes, promoting the repair of lower limb nerves and vessels, healing of ulcers, and reducing the proportion of amputations, which has great clinical application value and social significance, It will be possible to provide reference for further developing industry standards or expert consensus for the treatment of lower limb related complications of diabetes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

受试者入选标准：
1）年龄18-75岁，
2）性别不限，
3）确诊1型或2型糖尿病，
4）有明确的糖尿病相关下肢并发症（DRLEC），包括药物难治性下肢疼痛、皮温减低、皮肤溃疡等症状，
5）血糖控制较平稳，
6）同意真诚地遵守研究的所有条件，并参加所有必要的学习培训和评估，
7）患者和（或）主要家属签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Subject selection criteria:

1) Age 18-75 years old,

2) Regardless of gender,

3) Diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes,

4) There are clear diabetes related lower limb complications (drlec), including drug refractory lower limb pain, skin temperature reduction, skin ulcer and other symptoms,

5) Blood glucose control is relatively stable,

6) Agree to abide by all conditions of the study in good faith and participate in all necessary learning, training and evaluation,

7) The patient and / or major family members sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

排除标准：
1）合并有脑认知障碍/癫痫/精神疾病，无法配合手术，
2）有核磁检查禁忌症者，包括起搏器等，
3）需要透热疗法等治疗的患者，
4）血液系统疾病，手术干预风险增加（出血事件风险增加），
5）先天性或后天性下肢异常（关节和骨骼的影响），
6）妊娠，
7）患者有其他解剖或共病情况，经研究者评估可能会限制患者参与研究或遵守随访要求的能力，或影响研究结果的科学合理性，
8）预计无法完成随访的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria:

1) Combined with brain cognitive impairment / epilepsy / mental disease, unable to cooperate with surgery,

2) Those who have contraindications to MRI, including pacemakers,

3) Patients who need diathermy and other treatment,

4) Hematological diseases, increased risk of surgical intervention (increased risk of bleeding events),

5) Congenital or acquired lower limb abnormalities (joint and bone effects),

6) Pregnancy,

7) The patient has other anatomical or comorbidity conditions, which may limit the patient's ability to participate in the study or comply with the follow-up requirements, or affect the scientific rationality of the research results after the evaluation of the researcher,

8) Patients who are not expected to complete the follow-up.
