研究目的：

本研究项目拟应用无创脉搏变异指数（PVI）联合、超声测量下腔静脉塌陷指数（IVC-CI）探究其在双胎妊娠剖宫产应用的相关性、一致性。  

Objectives of Study：

This research project intends to use non-invasive pulse variability index (PVI) combined with ultrasound measurement of inferior vena cava collapse index (IVC-CI) to explore the correlation and consistency of its application in cesarean section in twin pregnancy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

择期双胎妊娠剖宫产产妇，美国麻醉医师协会评分（American Society of Anesthesiologists，ASA）为I-II级，年龄18-45岁。

Inclusion criteria

Elective twin pregnancy cesarean section women, American Society of Anesthesiologists (American Society of Anesthesiologists, ASA) grade I-II, aged 18-45 years.

排除标准：

1、先行阴道试产的双胎妊娠产妇；
2、心肺、肝肾功能不全产妇；
3、有严重感染、脱水、电解质紊乱和休克产妇；
4、剑突下、左手手指局部皮肤感染、溃疡产妇；
5、超声耦合剂过敏史产妇；
6、重度子痫前期、妊娠合并糖尿病、周围神经障碍产妇；
7、严重脑损伤、意识模糊、呼吸抑制者；
8、椎管内麻醉绝对禁忌症产妇；
9、入组前3个月以内曾参加过其他临床试验的产妇及正在参加其他临床试验的产妇；
10、根据试验负责医师判断，实施试验可能会使受试者危险性增加、或可能无法获得足够试验数据的产妇。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Subjects with twins who have undergone vaginal trial production first;
2. Maternal insufficiency of heart, lung, liver and kidney function;
3. Subjects with severe infection, dehydration, electrolyte disturbance and shock;
4. Maternal skin infections and ulcers under the xiphoid process and fingers of the left hand;
5. Maternal history of hypersensitivity to ultrasound couplant;
6. Severe preeclampsia, pregnancy complicated with diabetes mellitus, and peripheral nerve disorders;
7. Severe brain damage, confusion, respiratory depression;
8. Subjects with absolute contraindications to spinal anesthesia;
9. Subjects who have participated in other clinical trials within 3 months before enrollment and those who are participating in other clinical trials;
10. According to the judgment of the physician in charge of the trial, the implementation of the trial may increase the risk of the subjects, or the subjects who may not be able to obtain sufficient trial data.
