研究目的：

分析65岁以上非移位股骨颈骨折空心钉治疗失败的危险因素，并提供建议什么情况下关节置换更为推荐。  

Objectives of Study：

The study was designed to analyse the risk factors that may lead to the failure of multiple cannulated screws fixation in patients over 65-year-old with undisplaced femoral neck fracture, and offer suggestions about when arthroplasty is indicated.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

受伤前能独立行走或在助行器辅助下行走，诊断为非移位股骨颈骨折，应用空心钉治疗，年龄大于65岁，随访时间至少12个月，术后两周内对侧髋部有行BMD检测

Inclusion criteria

The inclusion criteria were as follows: capable of walking independently or with aids before injury, diagnosis of undisplaced femoral neck fracture, treatment with multiple cannulated screws, older than 65 years of age, and a follow-up period of at least 12 months. Furthermore, patients were required to have undergone a BMD (T-score) evaluation of the contralateral hip within 2 weeks after surgery.

排除标准：

重要神经血管损伤，开放骨折或多发骨折，手术部位软组织感染，合并脑、脊髓或者内脏损伤，受伤前已存在髋关节疼痛

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criteria included damage to important nerves and blood vessels, open fracture and multiple fractures, soft tissue infection at the operating site, fracture associated with the brain or spinal cord, or other visceral injury, pain in the hip before injure.
