本研究拟探讨艾司氯胺酮复合右美托咪定对老年脊柱手术患者术后早期疼痛和认知功能的影响  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of esketamine combined with dexmedetomidine on early postoperative pain and cognitive function in elderly patients undergoing spinal surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

择期全麻下行脊柱手术老年患者。

Inclusion criteria

Elderly patients to be scheduled for thoracolunbar spinal operation under general anesthesia.

排除标准：

体重指数≥30 kg/m2、基础心率＜50次/min、肝肾功能异常、听觉异常、智力发育不全、凝血障碍或抗凝药物使用史、既往有神经精神疾病史者、有脑外伤史者、有药物或酒精成瘾史者、既往有认知功能障碍者、本研究中所用药物有禁忌症者、ASA分级≥IV级、困难气道或颌面部手术史，慢性呼吸道疾病、呼吸道感染。

Exclusion criteria：

Body mass index ≥30 Kg/m2, basic heart rate < 50 times/min, liver and kidney dysfunction, abnormal auditory, intelligence dysplasia, clotting disorders, or anticoagulant drug use history, has a nerve mental illness history, has a history of traumatic brain injuries, has a history of drug or alcohol addiction, always have cognitive impairment, this study used drugs have contraindication, ASA grade IV or higher level, difficult airway Or maxillofacial surgery, chronic respiratory disease, respiratory infection.
