研究目的：

评估UKA术后满意结果的预测因素，并分析疗效不佳的原因，以提高临床效果及假体生存率。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the predictors of satisfactory outcomes after UKA and analyze the causes of poor outcomes, so as to improve clinical outcomes and prosthesis survival.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

无药物治疗

纳入标准：

（1） AMOA ，原发病变主要局限于膝前内侧间室，Kellgren-Lawrence[22]分级为III-IV级；（2）可矫正的关节内畸形，且下肢力线内翻小于15°；（3）膝关节屈曲挛缩小于15°，屈曲不小于90°；（4）有完整的交叉韧

Inclusion criteria

(1) AMOA, the primary lesion was mainly confined to the anteromial compartment of the knee, and Kellgren-Lawrence[22] classified it as grade III-IV; (2) correctable intra-articular deformities with lower extremity varus less than 15°; (3) Knee flexion contracture less than 15°, flexion not less than 90°; (4) There is an intact cruciate liga

排除标准：

术前X线检查发现髌股关节、外侧髁室存在Kellgren-Lawrence III-IV级骨关节炎以及有膝部外伤史、前交叉韧带缺损或重建史、炎性关节炎

Exclusion criteria：

Preoperative X-ray examination revealed Kellgren-Lawrence grade III-IV osteoarthritis of the patellofemoral joint and lateral condyle compartment, a history of knee trauma, anterior cruciate ligament defect or reconstruction, and inflammatory arthritis
