研究目的：

主要目的：研究声景对于孕产妇心理健康的干预效果（包括焦虑和抑郁倾向），以及对于孕产妇分娩质量的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To evaluate the intervention effect of soundscape on psychological condition of pregnant women (including anxiety and depression) and the effect on delivery quality.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.在重庆大学附属三峡医院产科进行产检的孕妇；
2.单胎、初产孕妇，年龄在18岁以上.50岁以下；
3.孕龄在30-34周左右；
4.受试者知情，自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Pregnant women undergoing obstetric examination in the Obstetrics Department of the Three Gorges Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing University;
2. Singleton, primiparous pregnant women, aged 18 to 50 years;
3. The gestational age is around 30-34 weeks;
4. Subjects were informed and signed the informed consent voluntarily.

排除标准：

1.有严重合并症有严重精神疾病；
2.有听力障碍或是阅读障碍文盲；
3.为严重高危妊娠等级；
4.纳入后未遵循试验方案的要求进行治疗，依从性差；
5.在参加本实验的同时参加了其他的科研实验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are serious comorbidities and serious mental illness;
2. Hearing impaired or illiterate with dyslexia;
3. It is a severe high-risk pregnancy grade;
4. Not following the requirements of the trial protocol for treatment after enrollment, poor compliance;
5. Participated in other scientific research experiments while participating in this experiment.
