研究目的:

本研究前期基于情境分析开发了一组多层面质量改进策略,旨在评估多层面质量改进策略对于学生流感疫苗接种的效果,同时测量多层面质量改进策略的覆盖、采纳、实施、维持等实施情况。  

Objectives of Study:

We developed a package of multifaceted quality improvement strategies based on context analysis, and our co-primary aims are (1) to test the effectiveness of the multifaceted quality improvement strategies on promoting the uptake of influenza vaccination; and (2) to examine the degree of reach, adoption, implementation, and maintenance achieved of the multifaceted quality improvement strategies by using mixed methods.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

学校纳入标准:(1)2019-2020流感季流感疫苗接种率处于全区中下水平;(2)小学二年级、三年级处于同一校区,或处于不同校区但距离较近;(3)校领导和校医积极配合。
班级纳入标准:(1)小学二年级或三年级;(2)往年接种率处于该年级的中等水平;(3)班主任积极配合。
学生及其家长纳入标准:自愿参与本研究,且家长签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria of shcools: (1) the influenza vaccination rate in the 2019-2020 influenza season was at the low and middle level; (2) classes in Grade 2 and Grade 3 are at the same campus, or at different campuses but close to each other; (3) the school administrators and school doctors agree to participate.
Inclusion criteria of classes: (1) the influenza vaccination rates in the previous influenza season were at a middle level among all classes in the same grade; and (2) the teachers in charge of classes agree to participate.
Inclusion criteria of students and caregivers: caregivers providing electronic informed consent to participate in the study.

排除标准:

学校排除标准:(1)寄宿制小学;(2)民族小学、特殊教育小学、体育运动专业学校等;(3)已参加其他类似项目或预试验;(4)学校未来1年有合并、拆分或搬迁计划;(5)校领导或校医拒绝参与。
班级排除标准:班主任拒绝参与。
学生及其家长排除标准:学生及其家长拒绝参与。

Exclusion criteria:

Exclusion criteria for schools: (1) boarding schools; (2) schools for minority ethnic groups or children with special skills; (3) schools are participating in other similar studies focusing on preventing seasonal influenza; (4) schools having plans to merge, split or relocate during the study period; (5) the school administrators and school doctors refuse to participate.
Exclusion criteria for classes:the teachers in charge of classes refuse to participate.
Exclusion criteria for students and caregivers:students and caregivers refuse to participate.
