研究目的：

评估与单点消融相比，在单点消融成功后经验性的扩大消融治疗局灶性室性早搏的远期手术成功率。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the long-term success rate of single point ablation and empirical additional ablation for premature ventricular contractions

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.首次接受消融的室早患者
2.术前有24小时动态心电图记录
3.年龄18-75岁
4.愿意接受并配合随访

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients undergoing first ablation of premature ventricular beats
2. 24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram was recorded before surgery
3. Ages 18-75
4. Willing to accept and cooperate with follow-up

排除标准：

1.有器质性心脏病（扩张型心肌病，陈旧性心肌梗死，肥厚型心肌病）。
2.心脏外科手术史
3.严重肝肾功能不全(AST或ALT >为上限的3倍;SCr>3.5mg/dl或Ccr<30 ml/min)
4.预计寿命小于1年
5.孕妇或哺乳期女性

Exclusion criteria：

1. Organic heart disease (dilated cardiomyopathy, old myocardial infarction, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy).
2. History of cardiac surgery
3. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency (AST or ALT > 3 times of the upper limit; SCr>3.5 mg/dl or Ccr< 30 ml/min)
4. Life expectancy is less than one year
5. Pregnant or lactating women
