研究目的：

确定术后星状神经节阻滞是否能减少腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者心肌损伤的发生率，提高恢复质量。  

Objectives of Study：

We proposed the randomized trial to determine the hypothesis that single dose of postoperative stellate ganglion block can reduce the incidence of myocardial injury after non-cardiac surgery(MINS) detected by troponin and improve the quality of recovery in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

阻滞组：于麻醉苏醒后行超声引导下星状神经节阻滞，在神经节周围注入0.2%罗哌卡因4ml。 常规组：于麻醉苏醒后超声引导下，在神经节周围注入生理盐水4ml。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Block group:During emergency from anesthesia, stellate ganglion block will be performed under ultrasound guidance, and 4mL 0.2% ropivacaine will be injected around the cervical sympathetic ganglion. Routine group: During emergency from anesthesia, 4ml normal saline solution will be injected around the ganglion under ultrasonic guidance. 

纳入标准：

①年龄大于45岁，计划行择期腹腔镜结直肠根治术。
②至少有以下任意一项危险因素：年龄>65岁；外周血管手术史；冠心病病史；脑卒中或短暂性脑缺血发作病史；肌酐>175μmol/L(>2.0mg/dl)；需要药物治疗的糖尿病；需要药物治疗的高血压；抽烟。

Inclusion criteria

①The patient is＞45 years old and schedule for elective laparoscopic radical colorectal surgery.
②At least one of the following risk factors: age over 65 years;history of peripheral vascular surgery;history of coronary heart disease;history of stroke or transient ischemic attack;serum creatinine > 175 μmol/L (>2.0?mg/dl);diabetes requiring medication;hypertension requiring medication;current smoking or 15?pack-year history of smoking tobacco.

排除标准：

①局麻药过敏
②局部穿刺部位感染
③凝血障碍
④严重COPD患者，对侧肺切除或对侧膈肌瘫痪
⑤语言、视觉和听觉障碍者

Exclusion criteria：

①Allergic to local anestheticst；
②Infection at puncture site .
③Coagulation disorder；
④Patients with severe COPD, contralateral pneumonectomy or contralateral diaphragm.
⑤Serious speech, visual and audible impairment.

Allocation will be obtained by one un-blinded investigator.SGB were implemented and evaluated by the same person.Researchers blinded to randomization will perform the follow-up over first 3 postoperative day, on the date of discharge and 30 days after surgery.Statistical experts who do not know the random results will analyze the data.
