研究目的:

1.探索表面肌电信号与脊柱畸形的相关性。 2.探索不同类型神经肌肉源性脊柱侧弯表面肌电信号特征。 3.观察神经肌肉诊断性治疗疗效,探索其作用机制。 4.观察矫形及运动治疗与神经肌肉治疗的疗效异同。  

Objectives of Study:

1. To explore the correlation between surface Electromyography signals and spinal deformity. 2. To explore the characteristics of surface Electromyography signals in different types of neuromuscular scoliosis. 3. To observe the curative effect of neuromuscular diagnostic therapy and explore its mechanism. 4. To observe the differences and similarities between orthopaedic and motor therapy with neuromuscular therapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.诊断为特发性或神经肌肉源性脊柱侧弯。
2.年龄在8岁到70岁以内的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosis of idiopathic or neuromuscular scoliosis.
2. Patients aged between 8 and 70 years.

排除标准:

1. 姿势性或假性的脊柱侧弯患者。
2. 半年内存在骨关节损伤的患者。
3. 周围神经或肌源性脊柱侧弯。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Postural scoliosis or pseudoscoliosis.
2. Patients with bone and joint injuries within six months.
3. Peripheral nerve or myogenic scoliosis.
