研究目的：

1.探讨高血压伴左室肥厚患者中肠道菌群及代谢物谱的变化； 2.进行差异菌群与差异菌群代谢物、差异血液代谢物与差异菌群代谢物的关联分析； 3.找出逆转左室肥厚更为积极有效的治疗方案和干预靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To investigate the changes of intestinal flora and metabolite spectrum in patients with hypertensive LVH; 2.to analyze the correlation between different microflora and different microflora metabolites, different blood metabolites and different microflora metabolites; 3.To Find out more active and effective treatment schemes and intervention targets for reversing LVH.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a.年龄18~80岁；b.临床确诊原发性高血压，包括 ①初诊高血压患者，门诊随访3次平均收缩压≥140 mmHg； ②正在接受降压治疗的高血压患者；c.自愿同意参加本项研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

a.Aged 18 ~ 80 years old; b. Clinically diagnosed essential hypertension ①newly diagnosed patients with hypertension?the mean office systolic blood pressure ≥140 mmHg for 3 times on a different day; ②hypertensive patients undergoing antihypertensive treatment c.Voluntarily agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

a.确诊继发性高血压者；b.因急性心肌梗死或不稳定性心绞痛住院治疗，冠状动脉造影狭窄程度大于50%；c.曾实施血运重建手术（PCI或CABG）；d.急、慢性心力衰竭；e.心脏瓣膜疾病、扩张型或肥厚型心肌病、风湿性心脏病、先天性心脏病；f.糖尿病；g.严重肝或肾脏疾病患者或透析治疗的患者；h.血肌酐>221 mol/L [>2.5 mg/dl]）；i.恶性肿瘤病史；j.近一周内有过感染、腹泻、服用过消炎药；k.各种炎症性疾病

Exclusion criteria：

a.Patients with secondary hypertension; b.Hospitalized due to acute myocardial infarction or unstable angina pectoris, the degree of coronary angiography stenosis is greater than 50%; c.Have performed revascularization surgery (PCI or CABG);d.Acute or chronic heart failure. e.Valvular heart disease, dilated or hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, rheumatic heart disease and congenital heart disease; f.diabetes g.patients with severe liver or kidney disease or on dialysis; h.Serum creatinine > 221 mol / L [> 2.5 mg / dl]; i;History of malignant tumor; j.Infection, diarrhea and taking anti-inflammatory drugs in the past week; k.Various inflammatory diseases.

受试者使用VIVID S70n超声心动图机，M5Sc探头行完整的M型、二维和多普勒超声心动图。M型：患者平卧或左侧卧位，探头置于胸骨左缘第三或第四肋间，从心底部扫查心尖部，测量指标：舒张期：右室舒张末前后径（RVD）、室间隔厚度（IVST）、左室舒张末内径（LVD）、左室后壁厚度（LVPWT）；收缩期：左室收缩末内径（LVS）。二维：探头放置部位与 M型相同；测量指标：收缩期：主动脉瓣上4cm处升主动脉内径( AO )、收缩末期左房前后径( LA )；多普勒：运用多普勒超声心动图显示血流的速度、方向和血流的性质。
