观察髂腰肌平面阻滞对髋部手术患者术后恢复质量的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of Iliopsoas Plane Block on Postoperative Recovery for patients underwent hip surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1）因股骨颈骨折、髋关节重度骨关节炎、股骨头坏死、发育性髋关节发育不良继发骨关节炎，需行初次髋部手术的患者； （2）年龄大于18岁； （3）术前美国麻醉学家学会（American Society of Anesthesiologists，ASA）分级（麻醉风险评估）为Ⅰ ~ Ⅲ级。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients scheduled for hip surgery due to femoral neck fracture, severe hip osteoarthritis, femoral head necrosis, and secondary osteoarthritis due to developmental hip dysplasia; 2. Aged 18 years and older; 3. Patients with preoperative American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grading of I ~ III.

排除标准：

（1）对试验中使用药物过敏者； （2）语言障碍及不能完成各种问卷评分者； （3）手术侧肢体神经病变者； （4）精神病患者；（5）严重骨质疏松； （6）有髋关节手术史； （7）病因为髋关节感染治愈后继发骨关节炎； （8）髂骨翼宽大或者髋臼后壁骨缺损的患者； （9）同期行其他手术者；（10）酗酒或长期服用阿片类等镇痛药物者； （11）既往存在消化道溃疡者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who are allergic to the drugs used in the experiment; 2. Patients with language disorders and inability to complete various questionnaire scores; 3. Patients with limb neuropathy on the operative side; 4. With mentally ill; 5. With severe osteoporosis; 6. With a history of hip surgery prior to the initial replacement; 7. Patients with secondary osteoarthritis after treatment of hip infection; 8. Patients with iliac wing width or acetabulum posterior wall bone defect;
9. Other operations were performed at the same stage; 10. Alcoholic or long-term opioid users; 11. Patients with previous gastrointestinal ulcer.
