研究目的：

1）评估“接力种”对重点人群HPV疫苗接种行为的影响；2）比较“接力种”组和标准对照组在提升成都市15-18岁青少年女性HPV疫苗接种率的有效性；3）探索接力种模式在HPV疫苗推广项目中的群众接受度、募捐可行性及其社会行为心理机制；4）不同模式在宫颈癌防治中的卫生经济学评价  

Objectives of Study：

1）to evaluate the influence of pay-it-forward on HPV vaccination in key population 2) to compare the effectiveness between pay-it-forward, the local governmental subsidized HPV vaccination and standard of care (i.e., out-of-pocket pay) in improving uptake of HPV vaccine; 3) to understand acceptance and feasibility of the pay-it-forward strategy to collect community donations and examine mechanisms to enhance donation amount; and 4) to conduct an economic evaluation of the pay-it-forward intervention in comparison to the standard of care and the governmental subsidized approaches.

纳入标准：

1）15-18岁青少年女性；2）居住在所选社区卫生服务中心所服务的社区范围； 3）无HPV疫苗接种史；4）既往无严重的、危及生命的疫苗过敏症；5）能够知情决定并同意参加研究

Inclusion criteria

i) girls aged 15-18 years; ii) living in Chengdu; iii) no HPV vaccination history, iv) no prior severe, life-threatening allergies to vaccination or any ingredient(s) in a vaccine, v) capable of making informed decisions and consent to participate the study.

排除标准：

1）已接种过HPV 疫苗；2）医务人员判定可能对HPV疫苗存在过敏者；3）拒绝参与研究或不能独立给予知情同意者

Exclusion criteria：

i）have received HPV vaccinations
ii）Not suitable for HPV vaccines
iii）Unwilling to participate in the HPV vaccination project

1. 宫颈癌、HPV疫苗及三种HPV疫苗常见区别的知识科普；2. 接力种疫苗接种项目信息：包括目的，接收他人手写明信片信息的传递，补贴的HPV疫苗以及有机会向之后接种HPV疫苗的女孩捐款和手写明信片；3. 告知疫苗补贴来自于之前项目参与者的捐款，明信片信息来自于之前的参与者。

1) an educational pamphlet about cervical cancer, HPV vaccination, and differences in common types of HPV vaccines; 2) information about the pay-it-forward vaccination program, including its purpose, the opportunity to receive postcard messages and subsidized HPV vaccination, and the opportunity to voluntarily donate money towards someone else’s vaccine dose and write postcard messages. 3) Participants will be told that the subsidies come from previous participants donated money and they write postcard messages for them.
