研究目的：

通过对HSCT患者移植期间进行精细化的营养管理，比较HSCT期间不同阶段的营养支持模式是否能让HSCT患者从消化道症状和营养状况两方面获益。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the fine nutritional management of HSCT patients during transplantation, to compare whether the nutritional support mode at different stages during HSCT can benefit HSCT patients from gastrointestinal symptoms and nutritional status.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄≥18岁；
2. 拟行第一次异基因HSCT的住院患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 years and over;
2. Inpatients to undergo the first allogeneic HSCT.

排除标准：

1. 严重心肺及肝肾功能不全；
2. 消化道疾病；糖尿病；
3. 非首次行造血干细胞移植术；
4. 存在严重认知障碍或精神疾病，无法配合研究；
5. 不同意或拒绝使用营养干预方案的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe cardiopulmonary, liver and kidney dysfunction;
2. Digestive tract diseases; Diabetes;
3. Non first hematopoietic stem cell transplantation;
4. Severe cognitive impairment or mental illness, unable to cooperate with the study;
5. Patients who do not agree or refuse to use the nutritional intervention program.

低渣无菌普食+肠内营养（谷氨酰胺+短肽）+静脉营养，优先保证前级营养模式供应，每日所需能量参照推荐值30~35kcal/kg，蛋白质1.2~1.5g/kg供给
