研究目的：

观察氨甲环酸（tranexami cacid, TXA）联合不同抗血栓药在初次单侧人工全膝关节置换术（total knee arthroplasty, TKA）后患者中的应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of tranexamic acid (TXA) in combination with different antithrombotic agents in patients after initial unilateral total knee arthroplasty (TKA).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄55~80岁；
（2）符合中国骨关节炎诊疗指南中膝关节骨关节炎诊断标准（2021年版）；
（3）初次行单侧TKA患者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 55~80 years old. (2) Meets the diagnostic criteria for osteoarthritis of the knee in the Chinese Osteoarthritis Treatment Guidelines (2021 edition). (3) Patients are undergoing their first unilateral TKA.

排除标准：

（1）继发性骨关节炎，如创伤性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎、痛风性关节炎等；
（2）目前患侧膝关节或身体其它部位存在感染；
（3）有血液系统疾病；
（4）曾经或现在使用抗血栓药物；
（5）既往有血栓病史或双下肢动静脉彩色多普勒超声发现有血栓；
（6）有血栓形成的高风险心血管疾病，如脑梗死、心肌梗死、房颤、心衰及支架植入术后等；
（7）患者有癫痫病史、严重肝、肾功能不全。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Secondary osteoarthritis, such as traumatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis, etc.
(2) Current infection in the affected knee or other parts of the body.
(3) Have blood system diseases.
(4) Previous or current use of antithrombotic drugs.
(5) Previous history of thrombosis or thrombosis on colour Doppler ultrasound of both lower extremities.
(6) High-risk cardiovascular disease with thromboses, such as cerebral infarction, myocardial infarction, atrial fibrillation, heart failure and post-stenting.
(7) Patients with epilepsy and severe liver and kidney insufficiency history.

随机方法为：随机数表法。由Excel随机生成随机数表一份。患者按入组顺序按上述随机数表分配一个随机数，此随机数除以3，得到的余数按如下规则分配入不同组别：余数为1分配到利伐沙班组，余数为2分配到达肝素钠组，余数为0分配到阿司匹林组。
