研究目的：

1. 肺栓塞临床资料的聚类分析，包括临床症状和体征、实验室检查和辅助检查、用药及复发情况等。 2. 肺栓塞小分子代谢物探索，寻找生物标志物；利用人工智能深度学习的方法进行肺栓塞影像分析建模；建立肺栓塞的预测模型指导危险分层、评价预后转归。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The clinical symptoms, physical signs, lab tests and examinations, medications and recurrence of pulmonary embolism was analyzed using clustering analysis. 2. To explore the biomarkers of pulmonary embolism by metabolomics. A predictive model was made to evaluate risk stratification and prognosis of pulmonary embolism based on imaging analysis using AI deep learning.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

肺栓塞组：
①年龄18-80岁，性别不限；
②影像学确诊肺栓塞(满足以下之一)：(A)CT 肺血管造影(CTPA)显示肺动脉充盈缺损；(B)V/Q 扫描提示高度可能性；
对照组：
①年龄18-80岁，性别不限。
②疑似肺栓塞，但最终排除肺栓塞者，疑似肺栓塞包括（满足以下之一）：(A)有肺栓塞相关临床症状表现，如胸痛、胸闷、晕厥等，且凝血常规显示D-二聚体升高；(B)为诊断肺栓塞而进行的下肢血管超声检查提示阳性，诊断为下肢静脉血栓（DVT）并经主治医生确认。

Inclusion criteria

Pulmonary Embolism Group:
① aged from 18 to 80 years old, both sex;
② the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism was confirmed (meets one of the criterions): (A) CTPA shows pulmonary artery filling defect. (B) V/Q scan shows the “high possibility”

Control Group:
① aged from 18 to 80 years old, both sex;
② the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism was suspected (meets one of the criterions): (A) An elevated D-dimer level in serum was found, accompanied by clinical manifestations related to pulmonary embolism, such as chest pain, chest distress or syncope. (B)The vascular ultrasound of lower extremities revealed abnormal and the diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) was made, which was confirmed by physicians.

排除标准：

①无法配合检查；
②无法签署知情同意书的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

Patients were excluded if they could not do examinations,or could not provide informed consent.
