研究目的：

通过单中心非劣效性随机对照研究验证患者进食低能减脂餐食对肝胆胰病变的超声检出率不低于空腹8小时组  

Objectives of Study：

A single-center non-inferiority randomized controlled study was conducted to verify that the ultrasonic detection rate of hepatobiliary and pancreatic lesions in patients with low-energy and low-fat diet was not lower than that in the 8-hour fasting group

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）18岁-80岁；
2）意识清醒，具备知情同意书的文字解读能力及文件签署能力；
3）对该研究中所使用的食物无过敏史；
4）未行胆囊及或胰腺切除术；
5）能正常饮食。

Inclusion criteria

1）18 to 80 years old
2）Be conscious and capable of reading and signing informed consent
3）No history of allergy to the food used in this study
4）No cholecystectomy or pancreatectomy was performed
5）Can eat normally

排除标准：

1）妊娠期妇女；
2）急危重症患者；
3）对该研究中所使用的食物曾有过敏史；
4）曾行胆囊或胰腺切除术者；
5）不能进食者。

Exclusion criteria：

1）Pregnant women
2）Critically ill patients
3）Have a history of allergy to the food used in this study
4）Patients who have undergone cholecystectomy or pancreatectomy
5）Unable to eat
