Objectives of Study：

To compare the effects of dacronine gel and compound lidocaine cream as catheter lubricant on postoperative airway complications in patients with tracheal intubation under general anesthesia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄18～65岁；②气管插管全麻患者；③手术时间<4h ；仰卧位、妇科、骨科、腹部手术 ④美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)分级I-II级；⑤患者签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

① Age from 18 to 65; ② Patients with tracheal intubation and general anesthesia; ③ Operation time <4h; Supine position, gynecology, orthopedic, abdominal surgery ④ American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-II; ⑤ Patients signed informed consent

排除标准：

①存在局部表面麻醉禁忌症；②有咽喉部手术史患者；③存在严重精神病史；④对局麻药过敏或不能耐受；⑤哮喘病史以及其他重要器官（心、肺、脑、肾）严重器质性病变；⑥困难气道、气道马氏分级III-IV的患者⑦上呼吸道炎症或者感染 ⑧.吸烟患者 ⑨.头颈部及口腔手术 ⑩.放置鼻胃管的患者?.类固醇药物使用

Exclusion criteria：

① There are contraindications to local surface anesthesia; ② Patients with a history of throat surgery; ③ Have a history of severe mental illness; ④ Allergy or intolerance to local anesthetics; ⑤ History of asthma and serious organic disease of other vital organs (heart, lung, brain, kidney); ⑥ Patients with difficult airway and airway Martensite GRADE III-IV ⑦ Upper respiratory tract inflammation or infection ⑧. Patients undergoing head, neck, and oral surgery, patients undergoing nasogastric tube implantation, and patients using steroids

本实验拟采用完全随机设计方法，90个号码先随机分为三组，将每个号码对应组的药物配方写于该编号卡片背面，并将卡片密封于不透光的信封里。患者进入手术室时护士随机抽取一个信封，根据信封里卡片提示配药。
