研究目的：

阐述氢气在过敏性鼻炎患者诊疗中的临床意义，探讨氢气在变应性鼻炎中菌群分布的影响及其作用机制，为过敏性鼻炎的临床诊疗提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

This paper expounds the clinical significance of hydrogen in the diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis patients, and discusses the effect of hydrogen on the distribution of bacteria in allergic rhinitis and its mechanism, so as to provide a new idea for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）过敏性鼻炎患者，临床过敏性反应需要有症状，并经皮肤或体外试验证实有症状性过敏性鼻炎。
（2）患者4周内从未接受过免疫治疗及其他药物治疗。
（3）≥18岁，能够给予知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Allergic rhinitis patients, clinical allergic reactions need to have symptoms, and confirmed by skin or in vitro test of symptomatic allergic rhinitis.
(2) The patient has never received immunotherapy or other drug therapy within 4 weeks.
(3) Be at least 18 years old and able to give informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）恶性肿瘤患者；
（2）依从性较差者；
（3）鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with malignant tumors;
(2) poor compliance;
(3) patients with sinusitis and nasal polyp;
