研究目的：

探讨钙和维生素D补充剂与中国老年人群的血管硬化（动脉粥样硬化、小动脉硬化和动脉中层钙化3种类型）、心脑血管疾病（心肌梗死、冠心病、缺血性心脏病、脑梗死、脑出血、血管性痴呆）、外周血管疾病间的相关性，对这些疾病的发病率有无影响，是否增加了上述疾病的死亡率和总的死亡率。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the correlation between calcium and vitamin D supplements and vascular sclerosis (atherosclerosis, arteriolosclerosis, arteriolosclerosis and middle-level calcification), cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (myocardial infarction, coronary heart disease, ischemic heart disease, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, vascular dementia) and peripheral vascular diseases in elderly Chinese.To explore whether calcium and vitamin D supplements have an impact on the incidence of these diseases, and whether they increase the mortality rate of these diseases and the overall mortality rate.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 开始使用钙和维生素D补充剂的年龄≥55岁；2. 钙补充剂（伴或不伴维生素D）的连续使用时间或间断使用总时间≥2年；3. 能配合相关实验室、影像学检查和认知情感功能调查的。

Inclusion criteria

1. The age of starting calcium and vitamin D supplements is ≥55 years old; 2. The total time of continuous use or intermittent use of calcium supplements (with or without vitamin D) is ≥2 years; 3. It can cooperate with relevant laboratories, Imaging examination and cognitive emotional function survey.

排除标准：

1. 钙和维生素D补充剂使用前已发生过心脑血管疾病，包括心肌梗死、冠心病、缺血性心脏病、脑梗死、脑出血、血管性痴呆和外周血管疾病者；2. 患有先天性心脏病、风湿性心脏病、肥厚性心脏病、扩张性心脏病者；3. 患有烟雾病、遗传性脑血管者；4. 患有先天性腹主动脉、肾动脉、外周动脉狭窄或畸形者；5. 患有甲状旁腺疾病者，如甲状旁腺功能减退症、甲状旁腺功能亢进等；6. 不愿意参加研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Calcium and vitamin D supplements have occurred before the use of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, including myocardial infarction, coronary heart disease, ischemic heart disease, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, vascular dementia and peripheral vascular disease; 2. People with congenital heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, hypertrophic heart disease, dilated heart disease; 3. People with moyamoya disease, hereditary cerebrovascular disease; 4. Congenital abdominal aorta, renal artery , peripheral arterial stenosis or deformity; 5. People with parathyroid diseases, such as hypoparathyroidism, hyperparathyroidism, etc.; 6 are unwilling to participate in the study.
