Objectives of Study：

Objective visual quality and related factors were analyzed after multi-focal IOL implantation in the implantation area of patients with high myopia and cataract

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 确诊为高度近视合并老年性白内障（眼轴≥26.0mm）； ②术后术眼远矫正视力≥0.5 ； ③ OPD检查中瞳孔＞2.9 mm ；

Inclusion criteria

(1) diagnosed as high myopia combined with senile cataract (axial ≥26.0mm);
(2) postoperative far-corrected visual acuity ≥0.5;
(3) pupils > 2.9mm in OPD examination.

排除标准：

① 除高度近视外合并其他眼病(黄斑疾病、青光眼、角膜病变，晶体半脱位等)； ② 内眼手术史； ③ 术中发生后囊膜破裂或IOL未植入囊袋；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) in addition to high myopia combined with other eye diseases (macular disease, glaucoma, corneal disease, lens subluxation, etc.);
(2) history of internal eye surgery;
(3) intraoperative posterior capsule rupture or IOL not implanted pouch.
