研究目的：

探究介入手术室声景的干预对进行介入手术的冠心病患者的心理及生理的影响机理，希望由此可以改善患者在手术过程中的焦虑、疼痛及恢复  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the psychological and physiological influence mechanism of intervention of sound scene in interventional operating room on patients with coronary heart disease undergoing interventional operation, hoping to improve the anxiety, pain and recovery of patients during operation

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）18周岁以上；（2）冠心病患者；（3）需进行介入手术；（4）同意参加本研究，未同时参加其他实验项目

Inclusion criteria

(1) Over 18 years old; (2) patients with coronary heart disease; (3) need interventional surgery; (4) agree to participate in this study without participating in other experimental projects at the same time

排除标准：

（1）有认知障碍、听力障碍者；（2）术中使用升压或降压药的患者；（3）文盲、无行为能力或限制行为能力者；（4）酒精、毒品、药物成瘾者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Persons with cognitive impairment and hearing impairment; (2) patients who use pressor or antihypertensive drugs during operation; (3) illiterate, incapacitated or restricted capacity; (4) alcohol, drug and drug addicts
