研究目的：

1、探索分析在中国麻醉医生、麻醉学员压力、职业倦怠以及抑郁的发生率； 2、探索分析导致麻醉医生、麻醉学员压力和职业倦怠的可能相关因素； 3、探索分析压力、职业倦怠与抑郁的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Explore and analyze the incidence of stress, burnout and depression among anesthesiologists and anesthesiologists in China; 2. Explore and analyze the possible related factors that lead to stress and job burnout of anesthesiologists and anesthesiologists; 3. To explore and analyze the correlation between stress, job burnout and depression.

纳入标准：

1.已获得执业医师资格证麻醉行医的麻醉医生；
2.麻醉专业规培人员 ；
3.麻醉专硕研究生；
4.同意参与本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Anesthesiologists who have obtained the qualification certificate of anesthesiologists to practice medicine;
2. Anesthesia professional training personnel;
3. Anesthesiology postgraduate;
4. Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

一般情况差不能配合完成调查评估者。

Exclusion criteria：

In general, the poor cannot cooperate with those who complete the survey evaluation.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

每日负责数据采集的研究者将纸质病例报告交给临床协调员，由临床协调员将数据录入设有密码的电脑，数据不更改。每周一向数据管理委员会提交数据，数据库委员会负责监控数据质量。
