研究目的：

通过前瞻性、观察性的设计来分析、比较硅油取出术后较术前视网膜微循环的改变，从视网膜血流变化层面探索硅油取出术后视力变化的原因。  

Objectives of Study：

The changes of retinal microcirculation after the removal of silicone oil were analyzed and compared with those before the operation through a prospective and observational design, and the causes of vision changes after the removal of silicone oil were explored from the perspective of retinal blood flow changes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）硅油眼患者，裂隙灯下检查角膜透明，无明显角膜水肿，矫正视力>0.1；
2）有固视功能无弱视，患者可配合检查行OCTA检查、Itrce检查；
3）眼底检查示视网膜贴附良好，无明显视网膜牵拉，增殖。

Inclusion criteria

1) for patients with silicon-oil eye, the cornea was examined under the slit lamp, without obvious corneal edema, and the corrected visual acuity was >0.1;
2) patients with fixation function without amblyopia can be examined with OCTA examination and Itrce examination;
3) fundus examination showed good retinal adhesion without obvious retinal stretch and proliferation.

排除标准：

1）继发性青光眼；
2）严重的并发性白内障；
3）之前同时行巩膜外垫压术；
4）矫正视力<0.1；
5) 观察期间再次发生视网膜脱离。

Exclusion criteria：

1) secondary glaucoma;
2) severe complicated cataract;
3) perform scleral pad compression at the same time before;
4) corrected vision <0.1;
5) retinal detachment occurred again during observation.
