研究目的：

明确抗反流支架是否能延长支架通畅时间，为解除胆道梗阻、改善患者生存质量提供更合理有效的治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the patency of anti-reflux plastic stents with that of traditional plastic stents in patients with unresectable distal malignant biliary obstruction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）肝外胆管恶性狭窄患者；
（2）病变手术不可切除。

Inclusion criteria

（1） Patients with extrahepatic malignant biliary obstruction.
（2）All of the lesions were surgically unresectable.

排除标准：

（1）年龄<18岁；
（2）肝门胆管狭窄患者；
（3）既往曾行外科胆管引流术；
（4）手术禁忌症者；
（5）拒绝签署知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

（1）Patients aged younger than 18 years.
（2）Patients with hilar biliary stricture.
（3）Patients with previous surgical drainage procedure.
（4）Patients with any contraindication to procedures.
（5）Patients refused informed consent.

用计算机产生随机数，按照1：1比例生成抗反流塑料支架组和传统塑料支架组的分组方案，将分组方案装入连续编号的密闭信封中。胆管造影确认胆管梗阻后，按顺序打开信封以确定分组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Group allocation schemes generated randomly by a computer program at a ratio of 1:1 were placed into serially numbered sealed envelopes. After the biliary stricture was confirmed on cholangiography, an envelope was selected in sequence to determine the group allocation.
