研究目的：

探讨肝移植患者围术期外周炎症与术后谵妄的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the relationship between perioperative peripheral inflammation and postoperative delirium in patients with liver transplantation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄＞18岁；
（2）计划行肝移植术；
（3）签署知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age > 18 years old;
(2) Plan for liver transplantation;
(3) Sign informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）有严重神经或精神疾病史；
（2）镇静剂或抗抑郁药用药史有严重视听障碍，由于各种原因无法进行沟通的患者；
（3）影响评估的严重视听障碍有服用镇静剂或抗抑郁药史的患者；
（4）存在术前谵妄。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) a history of serious neurological or psychiatric diseases;
(2) Patients with a history of taking sedatives or antidepressants with severe audio-visual impairment and unable to communicate due to various reasons;
(3) Patients with a history of taking sedatives or antidepressants with severe visual impairment that affects the assessment;
(4) Presence of preoperative delirium.
