研究目的：

(1) 建立国内SUNCT/SUNA多中心临床队列 (2) 探索SUNCT/SUNA的内在联系 (3) 探寻SUNCT/SUNA的影像学特点，为精准治疗提供依据 (4) 形成规范有效的诊疗体系  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Establishing a domestic SUNCT/SUNA multicenter clinical cohort (2) Exploring the intrinsic connection of SUNCT/SUNA (3) Exploring the imaging characteristics of SUNCT/SUNA to provide the basis for precise treatment (4) Forming a standardized and effective treatment system

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 符合《国际头痛分类》第三版（ICHD-3）诊断标准的发作性/慢性SUNCT和SUNA患者；
(2) 年龄13-65岁；
(3) 自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with episodic/chronic SUNCT and SUNA who meet the diagnostic criteria of the International Classification of Headache, Third Edition (ICHD-3).
(2) Age 13-65 years.
(3) Voluntarily signed informed consent form.

排除标准：

(1) 存在精神类疾病、严重认知障碍患者；
(2) 继发性因素导致头痛的患者；
(3) 重复入组患者；
(4)不能配合或拒绝入组的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with psychiatric disorders, severe cognitive impairment.
(2) Patients with secondary factors causing headache.
(3) Patients with repeated enrollment.
(4) Patients who could not cooperate or refused to be enrolled.
