研究目的：

评估在老龄患者快速诱导插管时，阿芬太尼消除自主神经反应的最适剂量。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the optimal dose of alfentanil to eliminate autonomic nervous response during rapid induction of intubation in elderly patients.

纳入标准：

符合条件的研究对象是ASAⅠ-Ⅱ；Mallampati气道1级或2级患者，计划进行择期手术。

Inclusion criteria

Eligible study subjects were American Society of Anesthesiologists class Ⅰ-Ⅱ patients
Mallampati airway class 1 or 2, scheduled for elective surgery.

排除标准：

排除标准如下：年龄＞90岁或＜65岁，体重指数＞28 kg/m2，有胃食管反流，使用已知干扰心血管功能的药物，以及预期的困难气道。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria were as follows: age ＞90 or ＜65 years, body mass index ＞28 kg/m2, presence of gastroesophageal reflux, use of medication known to interfere with cardiovascular function, and anticipated difficult airway.
