研究目的：

通过激光治疗下生殖道和肛门癌变病变的病例分析及随访，研究激光治疗标准策略，以提高疗效和降低疾病复发率及进展率。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the case analynsis and follow-pu of laser vaporization to treat the lower genital and anal precancerous lesions, we aim to form the standard strategy of laser vaporization treatment to increase the effect and lower the recurrence and progression.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄≥21岁，有性生活史的女性；
2. 因宫颈癌筛查结果异常、宫颈接触性出血、反复外阴不适或体检发现的下生殖道和肛门异常体征，而转诊阴道镜检查，并取活检，病理确认为CIN、VaIN、VIN、AIN或PaIN的患者；
3. 如果为CIN患者，其阴道镜表现为I型转化区，病灶完全可见，由于对生育的担忧超过对患癌的担忧而拒绝切除性治疗；
4. 可接受多次激光治疗、多次阴道镜检查并随访至少2年者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age≥21 yrs, have sex life history.
2.Transfered to colposcopy examination and biopsy for abnormal screening of cervical cancer, contact bleeding of cervix, recurrent discomfort of vulva or abnormal signs of lower genital and anal tract. The pathology of biopsy indicate CIN, VaIN, VIN, AIN, or PaIN.
3.If CIN, the colposcopy manifests transformation zone-1 which means the lesion can totally be seen. However the consideration of fertility damage of resection overweighs the chance of suffering cancer.
4.The patients can accept mutiple laser vaporizations and colposcopy examinations and follow-up at least 2 years.

排除标准：

1. 存在全身其他系统恶性肿瘤且未完成治疗方案者；
2. 合并下生殖道或肛门急性炎症者，需炎症治愈后入组；
3. 阴道镜检查和病理检查结果高度怀疑存在下生殖道和肛门恶性肿瘤的患者；
4. 合并严重疾病，如严重肝肾功能损害、血液系统疾病、其他系统急性感染等，可能因阴道镜检查和激光治疗而严重损害健康者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patinets who are suffering cancers of other systems and in treatment.
2.Patinets suffering acute inflammation of lower genital and anal tracts.
3.The colposcopy and pathology examination suspect of cancer of lower genital and anal tract.
4.Patients suffering severe diseases such as insuffience of liver and kidney function, diseases of blood system and other acute infections who will get heath harm from colposcopy and laser vaporization.
