研究目的：

本研究的主要目的是比较术中不同右美托咪定输注速率对老年患者体外循环下心脏手术后认知功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose of this study was to compare the effects of different intraoperative dexmedetomidine infusion rates on cognitive function in elderly patients after cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.60-75岁；
2.孤立性瓣膜手术；
3.主动脉根部手术。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 60-75 years;
2. Solitary valve surgery;
3. Aortic root surgery.

排除标准：

1.入院后射血分数≤ 50%；
2.认知功能障碍或基线最低精神状态检查（MMSE）得分≤20分；
3.不同意或无法同意参加研究和/或无法进行说话；
4.听力障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Ejection fraction <= 50% after admission;
2. Cognitive dysfunction or baseline minimum mental state examination (MMSE) score <= 20 points;
3. Disagree or unable to agree to participate in research and/or unable to speak;
4. Hearing impairment.
