研究目的：

1.2型增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者与非糖尿病黄斑前膜患者玻璃体和血液中热休克蛋白90的表达量差异； 2.2型增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者与非糖尿病黄斑前膜患者中坏死性凋亡通路中人受体相互作用丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶1、人受体相互作用丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶3、人混合系列蛋白激酶样结构域的表达量差异。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Differential expression of Human heat shock protein 90 in vitreous and blood between patients with type 2 proliferative diabetic retinopathy and nondiabetic macular epiretinal membrane; 2. Differential expression of human receptor interacting serine/threonine kinase 1, human receptor interacting serine/threonine kinase 3, and human mixed series protein kinase-like domain in the necroptosis pathway between patients with type 2 proliferative diabetic retinopathy and nondiabetic macular epiretinal membrane.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

糖尿病组：需手术治疗的2型增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者；
黄斑前膜组：需手术治疗的非糖尿病黄斑前膜患者。

Inclusion criteria

Diabetic group: Patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy type 2 requiring surgical treatment.
Macular epiretinal membrane group: nondiabetic patients with macular epiretinal membrane requiring surgical treatment.

排除标准：

1.不同意参与者。
2.除糖尿病外的代谢综合征。
3.全身或眼部免疫、炎症性疾病。
4.眼外伤史。
5.1月内行玻璃体腔抗VEGF或类固醇注射病史。
6.可能影响热休克蛋白90及坏死性凋亡水平的因素(如妊娠、哺乳、肿瘤疾病、急慢性炎症、心力衰竭、高血压、尿路结石等)。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Disagree with participants.
2. Metabolic syndrome other than diabetes.
3. Systemic or ocular immune, inflammatory diseases.
4. History of ocular trauma.
5. History of intravitreal anti-VEGF or steroid injection within 1 month.
6. Factors that may affect the levels of heat shock protein 90 as well as necroptosis (e.g., pregnancy, lactation, neoplastic diseases, acute and chronic inflammation, heart failure, hypertension, urolithiasis, etc.).
