研究目的：

益气养阴解毒化瘀法治疗轻微型肝性脑病的疗效评价。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of invigorating Qi, Nourishing Yin, detoxifying and removing blood stasis in the treatment of miniature hepatic encephalopathy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

能够接受轻微型肝性脑病神经智能测试的20-75岁之间的住院肝硬化患者

Inclusion criteria

hospitalized nonalcoholic cirrhosis patients between 20 and 75 years of age who underwent testing for MHE

排除标准：

1）存在肝性脑病 2) 有饮酒史; 3）四周内有自发性腹膜炎; 4) 4周内有消化道出血史; 5) 有神经系统疾病; 6) 有精神病或者功能紊乱; 7)应用精神类药物; 8)因为教育或者视力等原因不能配合测试; 9) 临床数据不全

Exclusion criteria：

1) the presence of OHE 2) alcohol abuse 3) infection or spontaneous bacterial peritonitis (SBP) in the past 4 weeks; 4) gastrointestinal bleeding in the past 4 weeks; 5) the presence of neurological diseases; 6) the presence of psychiatric disorders or severe comorbidities; 7) use of drugs when the tests were performed, including benzodiazepines, antiepileptic ; 8) inability to undergo testing due to a lack of education or vision problems such as glaucoma, cataract or other reasons; 9) incomplete clinical data.
