研究目的：

比较常规眼部护理方案、指南制定的眼部护理方案与眼睑按摩的眼部护理方案对ICU患者暴露性角膜炎的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Comparing the effect of routine eye care,guidance of eye care and the eye care protocol of eyelid massage for patients in the intensive care units on EK.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥18岁
②入住ICU时间>24h
③患者满足以下情况之一：a）GCS≤8分；b)机械通气且≤5次/Min；c)镇静(RASS≥-2分或RASS≤2分)

Inclusion criteria

1 Age ≥18 years
2 Staying in ICU >24h
3 Patients meet one of the following conditions: ① GCS≤8 points ② Using mechanical ventilation and reflex of blinking less than 5 per minute ③sedative(PASS≥2 points or RASS≤-2 points)

排除标准：

①既往有眼部疾病的
②入院第一次角膜荧光素染色检测阳性（存在EK）
③正在使用眼药水或眼膏的
④患者无法配合评估的
⑤患者或家属拒绝接受参与研究

Exclusion criteria：

1 Established pre-existing eye disease
2 Positive Fluorescein test at admission
3 Using eye drops or ointment
4 The patient is unable to cooperate with the evaluation
5Unwillingness of the patient's family to the study
